• Account data — e-mail address and, if you sign in with a provider, your profile identifier.
• Astrological data — the birth date, and optionally birth time and place, you enter to generate personalised readings.
• Payment data — billing details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
• Any messages you send us.

Data collected automatically

• Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, approximate location.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, and interaction logs.

3. Why we use your data and our legal bases

• To provide the Service — creating your account and generating your readings (legal basis: performance of a contract).
• To process payments and prevent fraud (legal basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interests).
• To improve and secure the Service — analytics, debugging and abuse prevention (legal basis: legitimate interests).
• To send you service and, where permitted, marketing messages (legal basis: consent or legitimate interests; you can opt out at any time).

4. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with processors who help us run the Service, under appropriate data-processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data. Our processors include:

• Stripe, Inc. (USA) — payment processing. Your card details are entered into and handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy; we receive only limited transaction data (such as the last four digits, card brand and payment status).
• Cloud hosting and database providers — running and storing the Service.
• E-mail delivery providers — sending service and account messages.
• Analytics providers — understanding and improving how the Service is used.

5. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. How long we keep data

• Account and astrological data — for as long as your account is active.
• After account deletion — removed without undue delay, except where retention is required by law.
• Invoicing and accounting records — retained for the period required by tax law.
• Technical logs — kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
